We primarily use reliable national and international carriers (e.g., An Post, DPD, DHL) to ensure the integrity of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

B. Handling of Food Products

• Shelf-Stable Items: Our products (Tallow, Biltong/Jerky) are shelf-stable with a 90+ day shelf life upon receipt. They are packaged securely to prevent damage.

• Storage Recommendation: We strongly recommend that customers place items like Tallow in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival to preserve optimal freshness and integrity, based on supplier guidance.

C. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination.
