We primarily use reliable national and international carriers (e.g., An Post, DPD, DHL) to
ensure the integrity of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once your
order has shipped.
B. Handling of Food Products
● Shelf-Stable Items: Our products (Tallow, Biltong/Jerky) are shelf-stable with a 90+
day shelf life upon receipt. They are packaged securely to prevent damage.
● Storage Recommendation: We strongly recommend that customers place items like
Tallow in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator immediately upon arrival to preserve
optimal freshness and integrity, based on supplier guidance.
C. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary based on
destination.
2. Returns & Exchanges
A. Non-Returnable Items (Food Safety)
Due to the nature of our products as perishable and ingestible food items, we cannot
accept returns or exchanges for food safety reasons once the product has been shipped. All
food product sales are final.
B. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if the Digital Purity Seal is compromised, please

To initiate a resolution, please provide:
